Please browse through this site displaying most of my works in both oil and pencil. I will from time to time add new paintings and sketches and these will appear in my recent works page.

Prologue
In my paintings I have been trying to capture the vision as it was without to many changes or alterations. I have tried to reflect my love for the Australian bush and its creatures.

As I view the landscape I get excited about the natural beauty and colour that surrounds Australian country side. I am forever in awe at the seemingly never ending amount of open space we have.

Canberra and its surrounding mountains are a great inspiration to my painting. Early mornings out in the valleys around Thawa, with the foggy mist over the Murrumbidgee, have to be seen to be believed. Our wildlife also gives me great amusement in their natural habitat. Sitting out in the bush in full camouflage outfits gives me the chance to watch the natural antics of Wombats, Kangaroos, platypus and birds like Magpies and Galahs.

I hope you enjoy viewing my paintings as much as I enjoyed painting them.
